SPR Athlete Factory specialize in functional physical performance training or, as we prefer to call it, Body Mechanics. We also offer high level Martial Arts training, both in groups (BJJ/NoGi & MMA) and through Personal Training. In this app you can book our classes with just a simple tap. You can send messages to invite friends to join you for a trail class as well as book a private session with one of our trainers. In this app you can as a member book or cancel your classes, find class descriptions, get a n overview of the schedule as well as track your exercise by adding your classes to HealthKit.
